About Us

1987- Allen Boutte, LCDC began working in the field of addiction  

• He started as a peer counselor

• He meet with clients regularly to offer one-on-one support 

• He was an intern / assistant Chaplain Residential where he provided:

  • spiritual and emotional care to patients, families, and staff  

• ​He became Chaplain in residential treatment
   

1996 - Allen worked as a supervisor in outpatient, there he:

• planned

• coordinated

• directed and

• supervised the delivery of outpatient patient services. 
   

1997 - He began training Counselor Interns (CI)
 

2005 - Allen became Director over aftercare 

• He assisted clients coming out of the YMAC program who completed a year of aftercare as part of their court ordered probation. 
   

2008 - Allen was Director over treatment in all women programs in state jail 

• He was the director three years in men state jail
